YES, I am living nearby and YES I want to support Lou Cantou BUT: As an opera singer I travel a lot and I love good food and good cuisine! If Lou Cantou was in Paris where I live mainly it would be one of...the best restaurants with south west cuisine! The owner Monsieur Cayrousse who cooks himself has learned his art by his grandmother who cooked in former times in the grand cantou the big chimney where you could make dishes that are so delicious you won 't forget them for a lifetime! If you are in to entrails try the trippes à la maison a taste you will never forget! We know the menu very well but everyone has it 's own taste. Very warmly to recommend: Salade Quercynoise, Omelette aux cèpe...
menu at 28 € 2,50 € supplement for whole foie gras mid-cuit in menu item. In fact: a very fine slice of foie gras that probably came out of a block of foie gras in a low-end box! and the rest of the menu to the advent.
