Restaurant Manli - Tisch reservieren

This restaurant is mostly for take-out but there are a few tables and we did eat there. I had not been there for many years and the food was not as delicious and spicy as I remembered. The portions were very large but not enough spice (except for the shanghai noodles which were perfect). The general tao's chicken was good - better than the sesame beef and I found the sauce for the peanut butter dumplings too sweet - it needed some soy which we added. The mixed veggies were very bland.

I don't understand the negative reviews for Man Li. First of all, it has an awesome name, so how could the food be bad? I am about to order again and can't wait to try their dishes.
