I stayed at the Bernieres hotel opposite to the restaurant and ordered a Pizza. It was delivered promptly but it wasn't cut in slices, I think they thought I travel with my Pizza slicer. After I managed to cut slices I realized that the pizza had water in it, yes actually dripping water under the toppings and over the base. I had to throw the Pizza out. I will never be ordering from that restaurant nor I will be staying the same Hotel as my hotel experience was ruined by this expensive terrible pizza.
We waited for a long time to be served, even though the restaurant was empty. The food was delicious, but nothing special compared to other restaurants. The atmosphere was unique, with casino machines adding to the noise, but there was a separate room available for those seeking a quieter dining experience.
WORST experience of my entire life, PITOYABLE service... Order a ghetti pizza, wait almost 45 min. for the waitress to come back and tell us that she still has 22 pizzas to make before this one... forget the children's starters, no return for the drinks... EVERYTHING WAS EXECRABLE, unheard of!
Quick stop for supper as we were running a little late. Had frequented this chain of restaurants on previous trips to Quebec, sad to find it is mostly a pizza place. We enjoyed a basic meal at this family oriented restaurant. Service was efficient and friendly. We were meeting friends here, so we appreciated an area by ourselves where we could visit easily. Just off the highway, so easy to locate.
visited the restaurant twice for dinner and once for breakfast. It is a fantastic dining establishment with prompt service. The staff is friendly and always smiling.
