We had dinner during our vacation in Brigels and found this restaurant on TripAdvisor. The choice on the menu seemed quite standard, as in: no unknown ingredients or textures. But don't read this as a critical point. The food was delicious! I ordered lamb, well-done, and it was incredibly tender. Last but not least, the service was super friendly, almost un-Swiss. So all in all, a great restaurant on a marvellous location.

after a long time we were back in postigliun and can only say thank you for the beautiful and fine evening. the highlights in short: very friendly service, good wine recommendation, excellent appetizers and very tasteful main dish. I can recommend the postiglium to anyone who is in surselva. 5 of 5 points!
