Our local French hosts took us to this restaurant a few blocks from the main city square. It was a very good restaurant with an almost exclusive menu of local cuisine. That means lots of meat dishes with medium red pepper flavoring. If you are a vegetarian, neither this restaurant nor this region in Pays-Basque is likely to please you. We had some delicious local soup--sort of a variant on gazpacho, followed by various meat and fish dishes. Beautiful establishment all made of apparent stone with elements of charpente still of age a superb volume mixing old and modern two superb terraces a typical Basque frame very neatly I recommend the very polite staff ,fast in its service , thoroughly invested in their works you would not be I think disappointed with the reception and good products that have served you in all I will come back there it is on bravo
When we arrived on the razor we were very welcome and very well served with a nice smile. We started with a fat liver, then a sole and a octopus and we tried the Esko'a which is good and little sweet. Wonderful lunch
