Ich bin mir sicher, dass sich seit der letzten englischen Rezension dieses Restaurants (2016, also vor drei Jahren) einiges geändert hat, da unser kulinarisches Erlebnis hier genau das Gegenteil war. Es war herrlich, entspannend und köstlich. Es war unsere erste Mahlzeit in Schaffhausen, was eine Einführung in die köstlichen italienischen Speisemöglichkeiten in dieser Stadt. Freundliches Personal, einer sprach gut Englisch und half uns durch die deutsche Speisekarte, die hauptsächlich aus Pasta, Gnocchi und Rissotto besteht. Had dinner here with 2 adults and two children. Oldest child wanted plain spaghetti because of an injury in his mouth which you would think would be possible. It was firmly understood we were not locals, although I speak passable German, which is more than I can say for any other langauges of the staff. The waiter offered some kind of oil on the spaghetti, which I though would be olive oil. It turns out that the oil was actually pepper oil, rendering his meal inedible. As a result, he took my meal and I tried to eat the oily, peppery spaghetti, which was more horrible than I ever imagined spaghetti could be. Rotgerbe ist ein verstecktes Juwel in Schaffhausen, wir hatten das Glück, es zu finden. Wir gingen zum Mittagessen und bestellten einfach eine einfache Spaghetti Carbonara, eine würzige vegane Spaghetti. Es gab 4 geschnittene Brote, sie waren heiß und herrlich! (Es geht zu Lasten des Hauses) Die von uns bestellten Nudeln waren beide hervorragend zubereitet. Das Carbonara war cremig und lecker, aber die Soße war nicht übermäßig reichhaltig (wie bei den meisten Carbonara), was meiner Meinung nach perfekt nach meinem Geschmack war! simple Italian restaurant with great food. it is cooked with flair and experience, the dishes are generous and have a test alla mama. for the smaller starving the 'ravioli al burro e salvie' taste. should give ossobuco - to strike, wonderful. the prices are decent and correspond. not forget to leave space for a dessert!
who goes into the reddish must expect to get really excellent dishes. Here you can only get to qualitatiw high-quality products. you get dishes that don't stand anywhere on the map. I myself had an excellent cannon lookout with risotto, a dream.I can put the reddish unrestricted on everyone.
