we came to the impromptu and what a beautiful discovery we made! warm and attentive service and enveloping decor. the owner, tony, also provides good customer service. grilled caesar salad, mushroom and quebec's milk calf, served with prosciutto (for me) and shrimp with dew sauce (for honey) made our taste buds happy! Let's go back!

large, authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of the city. eating was amazing. the service, wonderful. the prices were a bit expensive, but the experience worth it. I will come back in definitiw. my appetizer: calamari fritti. my main course: linguine al cartoccio. my dessert: cannoli.

we were there last night for the first time. it is a delicious restaurant: elegant ambiente, excellent and authentic Italian cuisine, more attentive and charming service. according to my opinion, it is the best culinary experience in sherbrooke.

if you want to try authentic Italian cuisine, then you need to try sballo, great meal, great service, antonio (owner) welcomes you at the door, explained and recommends your meal.

the atmosphere was lovely. the food was absolutely delicious and antonio was a gracious host. my man and I will come back soon.
