To have tested several restaurants on Saint remy, by far the best of all.. Very pleasant and very refined. The red and the gratin of fish: from the slaughter without counting the rhubarb compote, and the almond foam. We highly recommend! :

The prices were high for what we received. The map is traditional but really disappointed with my dish and the friendliness of one of the waitresses. I don't even recommend that the interior is charming...
