And someone again tell me that Germans are sticklers for rules . In this bar/restaurant it is OK to sit at a table and not eat, ie just drink a beer. You can have a look at the menu and still not eat. That’s OK, too. But when you ask if you can order a tapa (a snack) that goes too far. You must sit in a different section to be eligible for those. So here I sit with my beer, watching the guy 1meter from me snack on some tasty looking tapas .
