Es la segunda vez que voy y es increíble, exquisito tratamiento por el propietario y los empleados, súper atento, amable y muy profesional. la materia prima de muy alta calidad, la excelente presentación y, combinación de sabores de otro nivel. Hoy He probado el atún rojo y me ha parecido lo mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo, el arte de las alcachofas con un vicio foig, el vino de la increíble tirateo, me ha conseguido más que los diosas que tomo y ha sido un gran descubrimiento gracias al chef que nos lo recomendó y, qué decir sobre los postres... una maravilla todo. Siempre tengo un clarividente donde ir a un menú ejecutivo (22€ o una carta. ¡Gracias a todo el personal!

What a pleasant surprise! We were driving back to Alicante from Murcia and decided to stop at Restaurante Carlos in Santomera. What a good decision! Superior home-style cooking. Best arroz con leche we've tried. Next time we go to Ikea we'll skip the nasty meatballs and stop at Carlos again.

Buen servicio, cocina excelente,productos de calidad y muy bien tratados. Un sitio en donde sabes que no vas a fallar,con solera y donde la experiencia juega a su favor. Relación calidad precio acorde con la calidad de sus productos ,cocina y servicio. Un lugar a tener en cuenta.
