It is worthwhile to book in this restaurant when you go round, to be able to try the classics of local cuisine.It is well eaten and the taurino environment gives a complete experience.What a good tomato salad, simple but spectacular; it is already our recipe also at home with salt, pepper and olive oil exclusively, as well as the white garlic we also share. As main dishes, two classics; eggs with truffle and the succulent “Pedro Romero” bullring, along with the round wine badman chadornay that advised us.Finally, a delicious fried milk to put the stew to this great experience.
