The hotel is ok. Major opportunity for better service. On one of the days, I had the sign on the door to clean the room. When I got back later that afternoon, it wasn’t cleaned. Then, the cleaner knocks on the door at 5pm to clean. 5pm?! They also only left one clean towel on multiple days so I had to go get more from the front desk. And they don’t restock anything from the minibar. It would be great if they’d restock at least the bottled water. So overall, it’s a nice location, but the service and operations could be improved.
The staff at The Charlee were exceptional! Karen, Mauricio, Luis, Edison and every other team member we met with went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable. The building is gorgeous with thoughtful and creative touches. The neighborhood offered excellent food choices and variety, great rooftops for cocktails, live music and so much more. We felt safe throughout our stay and I highly recommend!
These guys would not let us in without original copies of our passports. Would not accept a picture and a physical credit card, yet they say nothing about this requirement on their website or anywhere else. My girlfriend and I took a taxi to get...here and had to turn around. Will not be back.

This place is a must visit in Medellin. The views are stunning. The drinks are good. The music ambiance is perfect. The staff were nicer than I was expecting given it's such a posh place. Can't comment on the food but highly recommend for...drinks.
Un espectacular lugar para disfrutar muy buena música y tomar unos buenos tragos con vista al Emblemático Parque Lleras. Si llueve la noche se vuelve aún más romántica y espectacular!!!
El servicio muy desatento. Pedimos un postre 3 veces y nunca llegó. Solicitamos la cuenta y demoro 30min en llegar. Muy mala la atención
