Absolutely amazing! My husband couldn’t get enough, and we can’t wait to come back to this place again without any hesitation! Everything was just perfect! From the first bite to the last, each dish was DELICIOUS, and the staff was friendly, smiling, and welcoming. The entire experience was a true delight. Keep up the great work, wonderful kitchen team! Thank you. Must-try appetizers include the whipped feta with beet, halloumi tempura, and what can I say about the falafel... First visit to “Timbré”. Very warm welcome and our waitress was very polite and helpful.The food was fantastic! The wings with the sauces as a starter were succulent as well as the squid which was cooked perfectly and not rubbery!What can we say about the portions for the poutine meal! Often other restaurants will sell you a semblance of poutine for double the price.The prices were basically good apart from the drinks which were a bit expensive!Otherwise in general I highly recommend this restaurant if you are local or simply passing through!
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant with outstanding service (thank you, Ruth!) and delicious food. It's definitely a place worth trying in Nicolet. The tartars are likely seasonal, so your menu may differ. The one I had was fantastic, and the salad was spot on. The burger was exceptional, and the fries were crispy and tasty. There's a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant, but be aware that there is only one restroom available, which could lead to a wait during busy hours.

Excellent food, remarkable ambiance, and impeccable service! I loved it, I even adored it. We went to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and wow! I highly recommend it...
As for vegetarian options, don’t miss the appetizers: whipped feta with beets, halloumi tempura, and the falafel—simply amazing!
