I have eaten here several times and the food is consistent, portions are great, and staff are awesome. I normally order steak but this time I tried the short rib, and it was really amazing. Great combo w/ potatoes and broccelli rabe. Looking forward to my next visit. Only thing that needs improvement is the wine list. They have Caymus for $195 but which caymus, as Caymus has several cab's that range in price. Same goes with other wine selections. Other then that, the biggest issue is to save room for desert.
Dinner was cooked perfectly and delicious! Our server, Tina is an absolute asset to Chop House! She’s the most personable and efficient server we’ve ever encountered! We love her and she’s one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back!
Staff was inexperienced and when you go to what you believe will be a very nice place and people are jeans hoodies and winter hats with sneakers in the dining room I found it unbelievable to see

This is my first meal at Revolution that wasn 't Excellent . The service was not up to par and the food well the appetizer was fine but the steak left a lot to be desired.
