I was there today and I was not impressed. I’ve been to many bagel shops, some of which are far better than this location. I have been to this one a couple times though, because my father actually liked them, but I can promise that none of my family will set foot in that store again.The first couple times the two gentlemen that I spoke to were actually very nice and I have nothing against the ones that are actually upstanding citizens that work there. The bagels here are odd. The hole in the middle of the bagels are larger than usual; hence, the bagel is relatively thin compared to typical bagels. The bagels also seem somewhat hard, and do not have the signature chewy texture. I still stop by here once in awhile for a bagel sandwich, due to it's convenient location. I stopped by last weekend to grab a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. When I ordered it the cashier told me it would be $10 and change...I did not order a drink. This is my favorite restaurant to order from because they let you add notes at the end of your order. I’ve always received my food exactly as I requested. The eggs are always cooked perfectly (over medium), the meats are well done, and the bread is always toasted just right. The iced coffee is fantastic, and I love that they offer coffee cubes!
