The waitress made a mistake and gave us a different order. When we asked for changing the order, the chef and the waitress lied and told the order is the same as the wrong one!! Mistakes happen, but do not lie! I told them that I know the difference between them and showed them the obvious difference from the menue description. They finally changed the order but with rude behaviour. The waitress threw the credit card after charging the price instead of handing it. This is not acceptable. They also chareged one pound for the bread that comes for free with Hummus. No restaurant in the world sells Hummus without bread when you dine in. Was I supposed to eat Hummus with fork if it comes without...
I’m not one to complain that much about food as I feel I am not a very picky person. But the experience and food I just had in this place is hands down the worst food I have had in my entire life. I could not believe that after the waiter could see that both me n my partner had extreme difficulty eating the 3 mouth fulls we did she didn’t Evan come and see if everything was ok. I cannot stress enough how bad the food was in this place. Please to whoever reads this don’t ever eat in this restaurant. It was utterly disgusting the whole experience has left me feeling ill with a disgusting taste in my mouth.
This is an excellent restaurant with a better and more interesting menu than other restaurants nearby. It also has its own middle east bread oven which produces scrumptious hot flatbreads ideal with its starters or main courses. It offers a range of charcoal grilled kebabs or stew dishes plus salads and desserts. Give this restaurant a try and you will soon want to go back for more.
Sampled Rayhan takeaway today and wasnt disapointed. Khoresht ghormeh sabzi and the chicken biryani were both very good. I was surprised the chicken arrived on the bone but it's the best way to have it, best biriyani I've tasted. The food tasted freshly cooked and arrived on time, delivered by a polite man. Will order again and look forward to booking a table at the restaurant.
I have been in uk for the last 9 months .. i tried so many restaurants in london and in swansea .. this is the best without a doubt If compared to some of the very big preferences in the area as AWA .. id definitely say that reyhana is much more delicious and tasty Just give it a try .. very reasonable prices id say too
We've had takeaway delivery twice during lockdown and both orders have been on time and great value. Very generous portion sizes and great quality meat, loads of flavour in the yoghurts and veggie sauces. One of the best places to get food in Swansea without a doubt. Hugely recommended!
