I had the happiness of discovering this restaurant that wins to be known!! It was a real delight, their products are ultra fresh, the seasoning is perfect, the unrivalled service! They put in place a small card with just two choices, which proves the freshness and absolute control of each of their dishes. . We tested a truffle ice, with a chestnut drop, it was fresh and original! I loved the crisper of the grilled salsifis with wood fire, and the St Jacques shells... Miam miam! One of the best restaurants in Compiègne, and for a reasonable price (especially noon). Fresh and local ingredients. The use of lesser known plants brings an original touch. The reception is also very pleasant. In short, very good experience, I really recommend.
