Place looks ok overlooking the bay. But that is all the positive news there is. The Rhodes plate we had was dry, bland and everything tasted the same. Meat was cocked so long that the soles of my shoes probably tast better and they are probably less dry aswel. Fries where soggy, not crunchy and way to salty. The supposed lamb chop was a piece of bone and some fat. No meat at all. In the beginning when the food came we said to each other wow that is a tiny bit of food but in the end that was maybe the only positive thing as the food was not good at all. We indicated the food was dry, bland and that the lamb chop was also nowhere to be found. They did not say anything about it but they gave us...
I’m coeliac so need to look for GF options. The waiter told me none of the sauces were suitable but I wanted the chicken souvlaki anyway. I asked for it with rice but could have a jacket potato too. I thoroughly enjoyed it, however my mum ordered gyros and was expecting gyros like we have in the UK chicken, salad, chips wrapped in a flatbread. She was served it without the bread so was a little disappointed. This restaurant looks like just about every other restaurant in Puerto Rico, and as such it can be hard to figure out if there's good food or just the average slop served here. We've been here twice now and really enjoyed the food both times. We especially recommend having the fried calamares, it's delicious! There's a great menu for kids, and surely something every kid will like. The price is pretty standard dinner fare, so absolutely worth a visit.
