This is undoubtedly the worst Chinese food I have ever experienced. I've given it three chances, and each visit was worse than the previous one. Today, I ordered a full serving of fried rice and a fountain drink, totaling $19.18, which feels like a complete rip-off. The rice was inedible—I had to throw it away because it was hard and undercooked, and there were only three tiny pieces of chicken in the entire portion. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place; you will definitely regret it.
This is probably the worst Chinese food I've had in my entire life. I used to love going to mall and having Rice Bowl but at some point over the last few years the quality has been lost. The noodles have a strange spice almost like curry on them, the chicken is chewy with hard chunks that are inedible, the beef is almost slimey in texture and the egg rolls taste like nothing. The sweet and sour pork is decent but they give you tiny strips of pork with big chunks of onion. Don't waste your money
The food was severely undercooked, the cherry sauce resembled blood, and the sweet and sour ribs looked more like shrimp. The service was terrible; when I inquired about the differences between the meals, the staff member sighed and rolled his eyes at me. The chicken balls were anything but chicken balls, and they even charged extra for chopsticks if you wanted them. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've ever had.
Definitely the worst food I have ever eaten. The quantity is more than enough for 1 or 2 people and even though the veggies were fresh and crisp there was an unusual taste to the sauce. It is loaded with sugar that didn't add to the taste. I was looking for something on the healthy side...I would NOT recommend this place. Or... perhaps ask for a taste first. The next cook might be better.

I usually love this place; it has been my favorite restaurant. However, yesterday when I ordered takeout for dinner, I encountered some issues. First, they charged me incorrectly. My meal typically costs $14.94, including tax, but they charged me $16.09. Additionally, I received very little food in my takeout box. I'm quite disappointed.
when I go to the avalon mall, i always know where i’m stopping for a meal. This place never disappoints, the food is always fresh and hot, it is delicious and the staff and always super friendly. I really recommend the wonton soup, my favourite.

Chicken balls are tiny, Rice is dark. I had chicken balls and rice and a drink. $18.00. I was shocked. Food was edible at best. Spend your money elsewhere, this is a poor excuse for Chinese Food
