They go by 4 star spicy rating. I do have a VERY high heat tolerance. I can comfortably chow down on a #3 spicy level at Orochon in LA. You never know the spice level at Thai places I went with a three to be safe. It was a little kick but definitely not nose running or lips getting numb spicy. I have eaten in this restaurant since 2017, you eat is delicious, everything was good until today. I have placed an order online, and their system tells me that my order should be ready on 11:26. I asked about 11:24 when my order is ready? the front lady said no, so I wait. at 11:34 I saw she picking up a job, I asked her if this is my order? it was my order, but she ignored me for 1 minute, later handed over the order to me and was very rude without gedulding to tell me when her order is finished, I call her name to that made me so disappointed that they used to have very friendly and nice employees, no more. This small, tucked-away Thai restaurant has limited seating, so takeout is a great option. However, we managed to snag a cozy table in the corner to dine in. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai along with a side of Spring Rolls. I opted for a heat level of 3 for the Pad Thai but could have easily chosen a 4, as it didn't seem particularly spicy to me; perhaps that's just the Texan in me! Nevertheless, it was delicious. The drink selection is fairly limited, consisting only of bottled water and canned soda.
Very good food! You get so much food, you can't eat it all in one sitting. We tried the garlic lovers (one chicken and one tofu), the pot stickers, and the Veggie spring rolls. All of it was delicious!! Bottle of water was only $1.50 which is a very good deal around here. You do have to request soy sauce if you get rice but the guys working were friendly. The restaurant was clean and felt like they took precautions seriously. Only take out but the containers kept the food hot by the time we walked back to our hotel a few blocks away in 39 degree weather.

Having Rice 'n Spice so close to my home is a bit of a temptation! I've tried several dishes from their menu, and they have all completely satisfied my cravings.
This is my go-to spot for Thai food in Bellevue. Are there other restaurants that are more authentic or of higher quality? Yes.
It's a small, unassuming place, so don't expect an extensive dining experience. I usually order takeout.

Updated review: I waited 40 minutes for my order, which I placed at 11:20. It's now past 12 PM.
The food was excellent! It arrived hot and quickly. The customer service was outstanding.
