We've been looking a while for a good chip shop whilst driving out we noticed this one got scallops, few chips and a splash of curry sauce it was lovely, so went back got a different meal and again nice We've been a lot now and yes still nice and hot every time plus polite staff, it's well worth the drive from BD12 Parking: There's anoth space for 4 cars ... Wheelchair accessibility: I'm disabled and I have no problem as there's steps just the door heath
The staff at this restaurant were extremely unkind and unpleasant. They spoke to us in a disrespectful manner, showing clear disinterest in their job by sighing while taking our order. Their attitude was very rude and dismissive, especially when I needed them to repeat themselves. The overall customer service was very poor and it is clear that they should not be working in this industry if they cannot be bothered to provide proper service.
Food was very good, red hot still when we got it home and really tasty. Fish, chips and curry sauce all top notch. Shame they don’t do pies anymore, but can’t grumble with the food and the service we got. I agree with a previous reviewer that the chips at this restaurant are not fresh and far from being the best. Most of the chips are either black or green, with a taste that is off-putting.
