the restaurant room o we were installs is old and dfraichi walls. minimalist manire dcore. the staff is careful and professional, the boss a little schematic. no choice but two menus (40 or 50 dishes marked by Spanish or Basque influence (chorizo) plates are not gnreuse (inhabitual for the south west) and the snug ralisation. identical dressage for 3 different dishes, pinards carrots. in the end a meal without a clat, worthy of a good canteen, no more, and for a price that does not bite
