the restaurant room o we were installs is old and dfraichi walls. minimalist manire dcore. the staff is careful and professional, the boss a little schematic. no choice but two menus (40 or 50 dishes marked by Spanish or Basque influence (chorizo) plates are not gnreuse (inhabitual for the south west) and the snug ralisation. identical dressage for 3 different dishes, pinards carrots. in the end a meal without a clat, worthy of a good canteen, no more, and for a price that does not bite
The dishes are very good. I was able to eat there three times, and three times, I was very satisfied (from prsentation, service, obtained and qualit I used a brown velout and jacco nuts, lotte and vegetables, a red fruit dessert, huts, a parchment of fries with a truncated barn sauce and a traditional truncation! A real pleasure, thank you!
