We stayed for a week at the end of August and we loved this hotel. it is very well located in adeje, had parking but we always had parking on the same street. the complex is quite large and has several restaurants. buffet breakfast is spectacular and super friendly service staff. has different areas where you can order eggs, French tortillas etc. There are two pool areas one of salt water and another of fresh water. The suite room we booked was very spacious with sitting area and a large bed with a very comfortable mattress was sleeping in the clouds. We'll definitely haveife and tropical garden again!
We spent days with our children and the experience was wonderful, the attention of the entire hotel team was fantastic. the kids club better than good, our kids didn't want to go out and that never happened to us. the hotel is spectacular. being a very large hotel, it is very cozy and full of corners to be lost. great gastronomic offer, perfect buffet breakfast. two swimming pools, one of fresh water and one of salt water. outdoor gym with sea views, wellness center. the most qualified staff. We had an incidence with our reservation and they solved it very efficiently and without any discomfort on our part. of the best hotels I've ever been to.
