I used to live here, and one of the highlights of my life has always been summer and soft serve ice cream. Now that I live in Florida, I can confidently say that this place is an absolute must-visit – without a doubt, 200 percent! One of the first things I crave after stepping off the plane is, of course, a cheesesteak, followed by Richmond's ice cream. It's truly authentic and simply the best. Sooo delicious! Happy licking!

I decided to order a hand-dipped ice cream, but I noticed the girl was dipping the scoop into lukewarm water before serving. As a result, my ice cream, which should have been hard, ended up being softer than soft serve! When I asked her how many scoops were in a large, she seemed confused and replied that it depended.
This neighborhood ice cream shop tends to have a long line, especially after games. The ice cream is a bit overpriced for what they offer. Never disappointed. My first exposure to ?water ice? was at a Rita?s in Pittsburgh. I didn?t know the history behind the confection. I love to support local businesses. Whenever I?m in Philadelphia I try to get to Richman?s.
The best ice cream in Delco! It's a family-owned and operated place with a wonderful staff and top-notch quality. As a self-proclaimed ice cream enthusiast, I can confidently say this is the best around. Haha!
