The food was very good. The only thing that bothered me was the customers checking out in front of us. They received a military discount and I am happy you give military discounts but the cashier asked if they both served in the military. I'm thinking the discount is only on the person's dish that served. I hope I overheard this wrong. The family should also get the discount. That is just my opinion since the family goes through quite a bit as their loved one is trying to protect us. The food is very good and they are large portions. First time, last time. Pay attention to all the reviews saying “slow service” because that it a fact. We ordered to go. The gentleman before us waited an hour for his to go order. We waited 45 minutes. We were told the manager forgot he was to start work at 11am rather than 1pm. Really?!?! Burger was saturated in mayo. Fries were cold and onion rings were burnt. Lastly, you can reply to all these comments, saying you’ll do better. Seems like you are over promising and under delivering. Best of luck to your establishment.

Food was fantastic, as I remember Rich's being. Staff was friendly, wait wasn't overly long. Can highly recommend the Jam Burger- it might sound odd, but tastes pretty good.Kid-friendliness: Arcade games for the kids to keep occupied with.

Burgers were large and delicious. These were not frozen patties thrown on a grill. Enjoyed the house sauce as a complimentary condiment. Fries and onion rings were served fresh and hot.
