My wife purchased two cakes from Rickey J’s for Thanksgiving. These cakes exceeded our expectations. We chose a carrot and Strawberry cake. They were very moist and flavorful. Without a doubt the next time we are in need of cakes or pastries we will definitely go to Rickey J’s. PS: I also heard they have the best Cinnamon Rolls on this side of Texas.
My husband always buys my birthday cake from Rickey J's Bakery and the cake is always so pretty and has the lemon filling in the middle and I always ask for pretty spring flowers although my birthday is the 3rd of February. I have never been disappointed and plan to order my birthday cake again this February.
my daughter lauren has loved the ricky j cupcakes for ever and we love the cakes.there is none to compare . and the owner is the sweetest person ever. we just get a craving for the cupcakes and go buy some yummmmmm. and coconut cake to die for

Deliciously baked cakes made with love! You must try the caramel cake—it's the best I've ever had! They also create wedding cakes just the way you want them!
I had a chicken salad, and it was fantastic! I also enjoyed a muffin and a cookie, which were excellent as always. The service was great too!
