eat here regularly. food is always amazing.but not today the chips were stale and the cheese dip was off color and tasted horrible. explained it to waitress and she told me that's what it always looks like and that it was fresh.i couldn't eat it and she still charged me. wife's tacos came out cold as well. not sure if it's new people or what the deal is. and I'm also not sure if I'll go back Service: Dine in
I ordered a shrimp salad that was quite disappointing, as it was soggy and topped with old tomatoes and onions. The use of iceberg lettuce made it resemble the insides of a poorly made wrap that had fallen apart. I do not believe this dish represents authentic cuisine. The service was for a dine-in lunch, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person.
I had a great time at Rico's restaurant. I have a love-hate relationship with Mexican food, but Rico's definitely hit the mark. We went for dinner and the price per person was between $50-$100. The food was delicious, I would give it a 5 out of 5. The service was also excellent, another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was nice, I would rate it a 4 out of 5.

I order a Quesadilla and it was the smallest one I have ever eaten. The value for the cost was very low. The taste was good just was not enough food for the money. I will never order this again.
