My husband purchased a dozen assorted empanadas for us to try, and they were quite filling—I was satisfied after just two. My favorites were the cheese and onion, beef, and chicken and mushroom varieties. There were plenty of options that included olives, as is traditional in Argentinian cuisine, but unfortunately, they couldn't prepare a batch without olives, which I personally don't enjoy. The onion and cheese empanada was quite simple, yet it stood out and was the only one that would entice me to return for more. The empanadas are quite good, though nothing extraordinary. They prepare them fresh upon order, so they come out hot. The restaurant has more of a small cafe atmosphere and operates on a self-serve basis.
