I contacted this bakery for my daughters birthday cake. I asked them to make a hello kitty head as the cake. They sent me photos and I chose one based off of the photos. When I spoke to the girl on the phone to place my order, she asked me what icing I wanted, buttercream or vanilla? I asked for her opinion on that and she stated that vanilla would hold better! I had the worst experience with Rilling's cupcakes! I needed to order over 100 cupcakes for my granddaughter's graduation party and decided to send my son to try a few before placing the big order. Unfortunately, the 2 cupcakes he bought were extremely stale, dry, and had no flavor at all. This wasn't the first time we had received stale baked goods from Rilling's, but I decided to give them another chance. In the end, I ended up placing my order at a different bakery and even added two extra side cakes. It's important to always ensure that you are selling fresh, moist, and delicious items in your bakery because you never know who might stop by to try a sample.
I walked into the restaurant and saw two workers behind the counter, but no one greeted me. After about forty seconds, another young woman emerged from the back while one of the previous workers went into the back. She warmly greeted me and was very attentive, so I decided to make a purchase. The pastries I tried were pretty good, although I'm not convinced they were freshly baked. I usually don't write comments to these things, but I wanted to say what an excellent bakery rillings of bucks is. they recently made a cake for me for the baptism of my cream and everything I heard was how great the cake was the whole day! I order one for the community of my other. you can't go wrong. her pancake is delicious and damp and the buttercream icing is also really great.
The cake I ordered for a baby shower was not only beautiful, but also incredibly delicious. It was a chocolate chip pound cake with buttercream frosting, and it was the best pound cake I've ever tasted in Bucks County. I want to thank Diane for her assistance and guidance in helping me choose the perfect cake.
I cannot thank Rillings Bakery enough for the amazing cake they made for my son's 21st birthday! Terry went above and beyond to ensure it looked perfect and it tasted delicious. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Rillings Bakery!
