The 2 waitresses definitely catered to the gentlemen of Latino heritage in hopes of flirting their way into larger propinas. The atmosphere was barren and seemed like it was intended to accept the clientele who were either inappropriately dressed for the 2 clubs located immediately next door to the establishment (Coco Cabana and Galaxy Night Club) or already inebriated and refused admission.
