Riobello is in a good location just south of the town centre just across the main river bridge in St. Maryâs Street. We booked this restaurant online through OpenTable and on arrival we were welcomed and shown to our table. The staff are friendly and efficient and there is plenty of choice from the menu to suit meat and fish eaters, vegetarians and those who need gluten free food. Table booked for unfortunately we didn't get any food until after Service was definitely poor. No apology for delay was given, in fact, we were not even kept informed or offered any kind of courtesey beverage or similar. Food, when it did arrive, was of good standard. However the lack of service will definitely make me think twice before booking again.

the problem of the broken pizza oven should have been mentioned when we went through the door. it was not mentioned when we ordered drinks. it was not even mentioned when we were presented with the menu. very disappointing especially since it was pizza we wanted! with drinks on the table we felt that it was too late to go back.
The food was lovely but the service was a little under par on this occasion. We were in the back room and a little bit forgotten about but there may have been some staffing issues that we weren't aware of
We found that the waitresses were very attentive but appeared to be very busy and had to apologise for the slow service. The food was excellent.
eat excellent, service slow and disorganized that was a candy. would recommend eating, but not service.

Great atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and entertaining. A good meal at very reasonable prices.
