The staff here are kind and incredibly helpful. I often find it challenging to locate a healthy lunch option during work, but this place meets my needs perfectly. They genuinely care about promoting a healthy lifestyle and actively encourage participation in various community events that blend their business with a commitment to wellness, such as walks and runs. It’s much more than just a typical juice bar.
I am truly a fan of Rise Up. This place is more than just a smoothie shop; it promotes overall health and supports you in pursuing a healthy lifestyle. They offer bootcamp classes and a walking club, along with hikes on the first Sunday of each month. The staff here are some of the kindest people you'll ever meet. Plus, the smoothies are absolutely delicious!
Delicious and healthy protein shakes energy teas! I'm also a big fan of their protein waffles(served on Wednesday's) and the protein iced coffee! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Great vibes positive energy! I highly recommend!

There are long lines to get in during special events. The restaurant is located on Historic Main Street, where you can find several other dining options nearby.
Great spot for protein shakes before and after your workout. My only downside is that they don’t offer raw fruits and vegetables.
I visited today at 3:20 PM, just ten minutes before closing, and the lady was incredibly pleasant. The shake was delicious!
