We thoroughly enjoyed and were impressed with this gem of a restaurant. Everything about Risposta is top-notch from the well-prepared and delicious food to the friendly and knowledgable service. What was just going to be a stop on our little Sunday drive became a fun adventure as we visited their on-location hens, walked through their vegetable and herb garden and toured their lovely second-floor hall and suite. This venue would be suitable for an endless number of occasions from casual get-togethers to weddings or business events. I had such a delightful experience at this restaurant! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and seated promptly. Our glasses were filled with water right away. The service from the wait staff was exceptional! They were eager to share information about the restaurant, including the fact that most of their dishes are made in-house, including sausages, pasta, and cheeses. I learned that the menu changes regularly based on what ingredients are in season. I will definitely be coming back for another visit, as the atmosphere was relaxed and the food was excellent!
We arrived late for lunch without reservations 8 people celebrating a birthday . We were accepted and....... we had the most wonderful experience in dining and service. Alex....was wonderful, cheerfull and professional. The food was excellent. The presentation.. well you have to order chicken wings and see. We are already planning our next visit. This is a great bistro for people that know food!!! Keep in mind that the burger I ordered cannot compared even to the ones I loved to eat in Australia. Highly recommended : : :
The food and service at this Bistro are great. We ate in the dining room for causal fine dining (they have an extensive patio, too, but we’ve never eaten there as we prefer indoor dining). Portions are generous and delicious. In fact, we had some leftovers to take home. We enjoyed everything we ordered. They have a nice wine list, too. It is a bit out of the way for us from where we live (Flamborough area) but worth the drive through the country roads for us to get there. We’ll be back.
This was our first visit to this Cambellville gem The menu is quite unique— we had difficult deciding. It was lunch time. I chose the small plates shrimp calamari. The presentation was exceptional wish I had taken a photo) and the taste was also. My partners penne in a vodka sauce was also excellent. Service was outstanding and the crowd there at 2:00 on a Thursday afternoon was testament to the popularity of this establishment.
Went for an anniversary dinner with my wife. We were treated like family. We were taken on a tour of the property to see how they use the Field to Table method of sustainability to create the spectacular dishes that they serve. The food and service was incredible! A must try for anyone interested in a culinary adventure.
We had an amazing anniversary dinner at Risposta this past Saturday. Right from the time we arrived, the service and food were fantastic. Chef Patrick and Dimitri made our anniversary a very speecial one. The sea bass was delicious along with the sides and appetizers. Beautiful atmosphere! Highly recommended.
Make sure to double check your order to ensure you receive the correct cut of beef for the price you are paying. The restaurant can be expensive, so it is important to get what you paid for.
The food and service were excellent. I will definitely be coming back. The Caesar salad was delicious and the pizzas were outstanding.
