We stayed here for a night on our way to France. The place was cheap and we were not sure what to expect and I was a bit apprehensive when I noticed on Google Maps that the place was right under a motorway. That said, it was also very near the border crossing and suited us from that standpoint. When we got there one car park was full and there was space in another that was also for the hotel. When we checked in and asked if we should pay first, we were told cheerfully we could do so when we were leaving! Oggi per lavoro mi trovavo da queste parti, conoscendo questo ristorante ho deciso di pranzare qui, ho mangiato pollo al cestello al curry, bevuto un'acqua gasata è un caffè, il posto è abbastanza carino e il personale è cortese e gentile, ho dovuto attendere un po' per ricevere l'ordinazione e perché mi venisse liberato dal piatto quando finito di mangiare, ma pazienza (non avevo per nulla fretta), ho solo notato che il prezzo per una bottiglia d'acqua gasata da soli 40cl si spendono fr 4.- il ché mi pare un tantino troppo per un'acqua piccola, per il pollo fr 22.- incluso patatine e s'alza al curry quindi questo ok e caffè pure ok
Dies ist definitiv der beste Ort zum Essen und der beste Ort zum Schlafen! Das Personal ist einfach hervorragend und die Qualität des Essens ist sehr hoch. Das Öl und der Wein sind sehr gut, die Pizza einfach fantastisch und die Preise sind auch sehr gut im Allgemeinen... Ein Juwel in der Schweiz, ich empfehle dieses Restaurant definitiv für seine Integrität und Echtheit!
Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war geräumig für uns drei und das Badezimmer hatte einen kleinen Schritt nach oben und dann nach unten, um hineinzukommen, aber auch das war wirklich geräumig. Das Restaurantpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und das Essen war vernünftig im Preis und gut. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz war ein Bonus.
Molto comoda per me la posizione di questo ristorante. Con la nuova gestione si respira aria fresca e nuova e grande entusiasmo. D'estate è carino mangiare sula terrazza, la struttura interna del ristorante a me non piace molto... Pesce fresco e ottimo, per non parlare della tartare di manzo tagliata al coltello e preparata al tavolo: una favola!
Come sempre non delude mai il Borgovecchio , oggi abbiamo mangiato un ottimo pesce fresco , come primo un antipasto di crudo freschissimo, secondo una grigliata di pesce era qualcosa di speciale ottimo vino bianco .Insomma tutto perfetto come sempre, Se vi trovate a Balerna non mancate di passare perché sarebbe un peccato .
I would recommend this restaurant especially for working lunch or just for meeting friends. 20 CHF are enough for a complete good lunch! The employees are rather friendly and the service is excellent! The parking is not a problem.
Personale gentilissimo e servizio rapido. Ottime le pizze al forno a legna, molto gustosi i paccheri, il semifreddo al croccante e il tortino di cioccolato. Anche le birre alla spina ci hanno soddisfatto.
Sauber, frisch (Klimaanlage), sehr freundlich und sehr funktional. Toller schneller Service, gute Auswahl auf der Speisekarte (italienische Küche).
