Two couples, we spent a great night at chiesa. the situation next to a church with a magnificent view of the lago maggiore is already widely worth climbing especially one night of full moon with a sky completely clear after the storm. We enjoyed an excellent four-course menu: carpaggio di manzo, ravioli, veal steak with saffron rice, legumes and dessert. everything was very good combined with a very professional and very friendly reception and service. The wine menu is very varied with a beautiful selection of top quality wines from the Ticino. the sommelier's advice (he rossi di chiara de paolo basso) was ideal for the menu.For the quality and professionality offered, the prices are correct...
We had dinner at the Restaurant La Chiesa in Locarno. It is located in the hills, outside the city center. We sat on the magnificent terrace and could enjoy the view onto Locarno and the lake. We chose the daily menu which consisted of beef carpaccio, ravioli with brook trout, veal with risotto and vegetables. For desert we had the panna cotta and chocolate fondant. Every dish was very good and nicely presented. The local wines were very nice as well. Service was friendly. We had a very enjoyable evening.
Hervorragend. Eines meiner liebsten Restaurants im Tessin. Vor allem die Vorspeise "lauwarme Gänseleber" mit einem Glas Süsswein ist der absolute Hit. Im Sommer ist dieses Gericht nicht immer verfügbar. Daher mein Tip: Bei der Reservation unbedingt diese Vorspeise vorbestellen. Auch alle anderen Gerichte sind sehr zu empfehlen! Der Service ist vorzüglich und zu allerletzt ist der Rückweg zu Fuss nach Locarno sehr eindrücklich (ca. 15 Minuten)

Wir waren heute zum Lunch dort. Das Essen - frische hausgemachte Ravioli mit Kalbfleisch Füllung war vorzüglich. Auch das Pfirsich Sorbet war sehr gut. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Auf der Suche nach neuen gastronomischen Erlebnissen sind wir im La Chiesa gelandet und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen und der Service waren hervorraged, wir kommen wieder.
