Rita's Italian Ice

It's crazy how often I still patronize this black business, even though I continue to get horrible customer service. The children are always great to talk with, but the lady manager/owner just has such bad energy and customer service. The kids always look like they're furious of her. The lady never smiles, never greets, gives one word responses, and she always has this energy like we are bothering her. I took my kids twice in the past month. The first time I originally

The machine broke while I was there, but the workers got it right and fixed it within 10 minutes. Custard came delicious.
