I have never have such poor customer service in my life. I love Rita’s and this most recent. Visit unfortunately ruined my respect on employment. I ordered the Ice Flight, and the employee accidentally drops a penny into my ICe flight. 1 section. “ No big deal, can you please make me a new one? “ I requested that a new one be made. The worker looks at me like I’m being extra for asking for a new one. the worked refused. There’s a line of people behind me and o don’t want to be inconsiderate to the rest of the customers. So I decided NOT TO ARGUE , with the employee and move on to allow the employee the OPPORTUNITY TO DO THE RIGHT THING…. Well that person failed. At this moment I don’t know i...
Why stay open when you shut your machines down routinely prior to close? Why bother to have paying customers queue up only to have shut said machines down while they are waiting in line? I know working food service can be hard. I know many people can be rude- I did it for years, both as my first job and through college. But if you’re not going to be able serve paying customers, then don’t bother to stay open. It’s obviously a waste of your associates time and a waste of time for those that waited. Going to plan to keep purchasing from local ice cream shops from now on.

cotton sweets custard? I had a spoon. I didn't think it was as good as it was. Surprisingly, the custard had a very light taste of blue cotton canny and was spicy. also the pfirsich custard had excellent one day! very recommended!
the gelati really enjoyed today. I had orange cream custard with mango ice and it was perfect. my wife had vanilla cutard with cotton sweets egg and rainbow sprinkles, while my son got all chocolate options.
