Hey I would recommend this Rita’s to anyone. Rita’s water ice is Rita’s water ice, thats that. But the customer service here is what really satisfied me. Long story short I was given a errand by my lady which I normally tend to mess these things up some how. I had to pick up 6 different quarts of water ice that had to be delivered at exactly 8:50pm. Due timing of the event and for it not to melt) I called Rita’s well in advanced that day to place the order and make sure they had the flavors. I talked to a gentleman named Tyler, he had it all set up ready to go with spoons, napkins and cups all neatly in a box. Got there early to pay, and they kept it in the freezer for me until it was time t...
Very accommodating, friendly, clean and nice selection. My toddler is lactose sensitive so it 's great for going for ice cream. Employee went and looked to assure no milk, which I appreciated but didn 't request. It was just sweet of her! He appeared to really enjoy the Unicorn ' flavor...(tasted kinda like strawberry cotton candy). Overall very nice outing with the fam.
If you like icecream and water ice, kids love it, more than I would like to pay for water ice or ice cream, go to Sam's club and get a big cone for a dollar
