When I entered the empty restaurant to place my order, another customer came in shortly after. The owner immediately took her order, citing that she was a regular and they knew her order. However, I was there first, and the owner assumed I would have a long order just because I had pulled out a piece of paper.
I expressed my concerns to the owner, explaining that it was disrespectful to skip over me simply because she knew the other customer. After that, I wished them both a nice day and left the store.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; they even take the time to learn your name and greet you like family. My wife and I always go to “Ritchie Hwy Deli” for breakfast. She usually orders the #5, while I get the #13. The customer service is excellent, and the food is delicious! Plus, the prices are very reasonable. I've recommended this place to some of my friends, family, and colleagues, and they should definitely give it a try!
Mom and Pop's Restaurant offers delicious Grieß roasted Bologna sandwiches all day long! It's always busy, but definitely worth the wait! Yum!
