During my visit to PG last summer, my experience at Ritual for breakfast was excellent. When I passed through again this year and returned to Ritual, I was disappointed to find that the menu had changed. The vegan breakfast sandwich I had enjoyed last year, made with a delicious focaccia bread loaded with smokey tempeh, avocado, tomato, and fresh greens, was no longer available. Instead, it had been replaced with a vegan sausage, pre-made JUST egg, and a few greens on a bun. While it was still tasty, it felt more like fast food compared to my previous visit. I suspect that some of these changes may be COVID-related, possibly due to cutting down on food costs by using less fresh ingredients....

The vegan breakfast sandwich we had enjoyed last year, filled with a delicious combination of smokey tempeh, avocado, tomato, and fresh greens on a large focaccia, was no longer available. In its place was a vegan sausage, pre-made JUST egg, and a few greens on a smaller bun. While it was still tasty, it felt more like fast food compared to our previous visit. I couldn't help but wonder if the changes were due to cost-cutting measures related to COVID-19. Additionally, they used to offer a variety of vegan baked goods...
The interior of the restaurant is charming, with a bright atmosphere and plenty of greenery. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I ordered a latte with oat milk, a breakfast macro bowl, and a vanilla cupcake - all of which were completely vegan and absolutely delicious. The cupcake, in particular, was excellent!

They do not serve smoothies or sandwiches at this restaurant. They only offer vegetable milk options in their coffee and have one vegan pastry available.
if they're in pg, they'll have to stop here. they will leave with a smile and a full touch of delicious vegan food.
Healthy vegan breakfast and yummy cupcake. They have different mylks for coffee and tea latte. It was delicious
