When we arrived at the shopping center, finding parking was a breeze. There was a large iron table outside, perfect for enjoying pastries outdoors if the weather cooperates—unfortunately, it was quite overcast during our visit, so we opted for takeout. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly friendly. He tipped his hat as he greeted me, which I thought was just the sweetest gesture. He was welcoming, patient, and answered all my questions with such kindness. The interaction was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time. This place has VERY delicious food. I've always been coming here after the dentist beside it for years, and ordering their cinnamon rolls paninis/caprese are always satisfying rewards after each appointment. I highly recommend trying their croissants, cinnamon rolls, chocolate cakes, and paninis. The prices are very reasonable for their high quality food and desserts.
So excited that there is finally a cafe in sugar hill other than rushing trading co (which is also good). River mill is a really nice small cafe. I always get an iced latte and it always tastes good. All of the dessert's that I've tried from here have also been very good as well. Highly recommended stopping here if you're in the area
I just purchased six cupcakes for $20, and unfortunately, they were terrible. We couldn't even eat them. The icing tasted like it had been frozen and then thawed, or perhaps the cupcakes had been refrigerated for far too long. The icing definitely had a strong refrigerator flavor. Fantastic bakery. The selection was excellent and each dessert and bread tasted great! But the best part was the young man who worked behind the counter. He was patient and described each item to us in detail and we could tell he honestly enjoyed working there.it was a rare treat to find such a wonderful person.
Quaint coffee house bakery in downtown Sugarhill. Lots of delicious baked goods to choose from. I was delightfully impressed by Tiramisu! There is a selection of books to choose from if you decide to read with your coffee. Loved all the little touches.
Exceptional bakery! As someone who lived in France as a child, I am a big fan of croissants, and these definitely deliver if you're a fan of authentic European-style pastries. The value and service are fantastic as well!

Had trouble with hours before (it said it was open but it wasn’t) but the cakes were amazing. They were so fresh and authentic.
