River Oaks is a wonderful place to host any event. I recently used them for my wedding and my coordinator was Ashley Love. From beginning to end, she was easy to work with and completely accommodating to my needs. All of the guests commented on how good the food tasted (iMonelli is the caterer) and we were able to have a taste testing before the event to sample the food. Wow! What can I say but the food was delicious. Most weddings you can tell the food is frozen and heated up for the reception, but with Ashley and her team at River Oaks Catering, you can tell this is fresh made magic. Everything was delicious and being the father of the bride, it was great to have so many guests say how much the loved the food. Crab cakes, tenderloins, bacon wrapped grilled shrimp, amazing crawfish fettucine, etc etc. Great job Ashley. We loved everything.
Seriously the best wedding food I have ever had. After our tasting, we knew our guests would enjoy it as much as we did. Our wedding guests raved about the food! We thoroughly enjoyed working with River Oaks. Their great customer service navigating the wedding date change due to the pandemic was outstanding. Also, the wait staff during our reception were so attentive to us. I highly recommend.
The atmosphere was awesome, the service was on point and they made the wedding beautiful, romantic and fun for everyone, from the small children to the elders,,The food was amazing

I attended a wedding a few weeks ago. The food was not that good in my opinion but the ceremony was very nice.
