Stopped here after kayaking the nearby river; the takeout is less than a half mile away. I absolutely love it on my first visit. The building and grounds are very impressive and incredibly interesting. They have put a tremendous amount of thought into everything here. They grow their own hops. Staff was very friendly, beer was very good, the farm salad was very good. I will be returning for future events.
Such a great experience! River St Joe and Flatwater Farm is a delightful afternoon or evening destination. Everything they serve is their own. From brews to fizzy sodas and wine, fresh produce and a scrumptious variety of flatbread pizzas. Never had anything bad here! Friendly staff, kid and dog friendly too!!
Last time I was here we got the hummus plate and it was amazing. This time it's barely cheaper (if at all) and the portion is drastically smaller. Really disappointed as we had a great time our last time here. Way longer wait, way less food. Not sure I'll be back.
They always have a nice variety of beer. The Farmhouse Pale Ale is a must try. I like that they don't serve typical fried, bar food. It's all from the farm. Nice and fresh. The price point might be a little higher than other breweries, but it is worth it.
This is a nice place to sit down relax and have a brew. The food here is different and unique. The beer is very carefully crafted and I have never been disappointed with any selection. My only gripe, I'd like to see more IPAs on the drink menu.
This place is superb. First the food is great. The epitome of farm to table. Second the outside tables are adorable. We took a nice walk after lunch around the gardens. This is my new favourite place. Bravo
Still a little fancy for the kids. But it 's really nice sitting outside. The mushroom flatbread was a big hit with even the pickiest kid. Service was friendly, efficient and quick.
Great atmosphere here, enjoyed a cider, sat outside and enjoying views of farmland. Love your covered picnic tables!!
