We've been coming here for years, and it truly feels like family. They serve the best specialty Mexican food around. My husband refers to it as comfort food, especially his favorite: the filled chicken burrito served wet. It features beautifully shredded chicken, cheese, and beans, all made fresh daily. My personal favorite is the fresh albondigas made from a secret recipe. These hearty meatballs are served in a delicious broth packed with vegetables, spices, fresh chopped onions, and cilantro on top. The service at Rivera's is exceptional. I find myself here regularly! And don’t forget to try the margaritas!
I recently tried the chicken salad tostada bowl, and it was absolutely delicious! The savory shredded chicken was complemented by refried beans, fresh salad, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese. Also, the chips and salsa are a must-try! I loved it! The portion was generous, perfect for sharing or enjoying later. Highly recommend!

I could tell that the menudo was made with a lot of care. The tripe was cut into small pieces and was very flavorful. I'm so glad I discovered my new go-to place for menudo since moving!
