We didn’t actually get to the sitting down, reading a menu or even choosing what to eat as part of the process. The reception was at best frosty and at worst almost inexplicable. We thought we had turned right into Royston Vasey

Made to wait in line a queue as a couple for 20 minutes until the waitress could be bothered to find a table. Very poor attitude.
