Was recommended to visit this buffet by another restaurant owner, and took the chance when we were in Norwich. Parking is unavailable directly next to the buffet, but there's paid parking at a nearby multi-storey, and at the Riverside Retail Park too (note: time limit applies to retail park) Short 2 min walk to the buffet. Paid on entry (expected) shown to a table with a view of the river. Didn't know what we wanted to drink immediately, so deferred that until seated. I've been going here for years, and never once had such a bad experience like this before! Went in for lunch on the Thursday afternoon. when on arrival we was told there would be no more food to come out so what is there will be the only food and when it's gone there will be nothing else due to having no custom (Baring in mind, she had mentioned that after we had paid! And refused refund) We sat down and got our plate to go up, there was hardly nothing no variety of food, the food was dry and cold! After getting our plate of food (baring in mind it's a buffet so are able to keep going up for more food) the staff then come and helped their self to the food that was there and by the time of us...
Went here with my partner at 5 o'clock when it opened for valentine's.we had not been in here since covid and have to Amit not the same as it use to be... busy as always but still charge £14 even thou hardly anything to eat...before you had the fresh cooked station and ice cream machine and lots off fresh fruit and loads off starters mains and desert's but very limited food..the food was hot and fresh but as soon as it was put out it was gone.no social distance in place and not as much staff.We did find a few things we liked but would not return until it is back to how it use to be!
The desserts included sliced Swiss Roll, shop bought waffle pieces, tinned pineapple chunks, and tinned sliced peaches. The soft ice cream machine was not operating but there were other options available. Overall, the food quality was poor and it felt like the restaurant was focused on maximum profit with minimal effort put in. For a group of 6 people, the total bill came to £59.70 which felt like a waste of money. I would recommend trying the supermarket for a better dining experience at home as this restaurant was not worth the visit.

Very disappointed! No duck, no teppanyaki, no seaweed, no crab claws, no mussels! This used to be a very reasonably priced buffet with lots of choice, including the above and it used to be hot and relatively freshly cooked. Not tonight! Lack of choice would be fine if what was on offer was hot, fresh and tasty. But it was tepid and just tasted old and stale. Such a shame. I see from other recent reviews it not just us who thinks this place has gone seriously downhill!
I usually avoid giving negative reviews, but this was by far the worst meal I have ever had, regardless of the cost. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant - we left after just a few bites. Additionally, they serve oversized drinks without asking, which adds to the disappointment. We paid £58 for three people, nearly double what we would pay in London. I have no choice but to rate this experience as a 1 out of 5.
The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. My fiancée and I were very impressed with both the food and the view of the river. I have been to several buffets in the past, but this one stood out to me as the food was fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
Went here for my husbands birthday, his choice.. ordered drinks on way in. Buffet selection was ok could have been a bit more variety. Food quality was good and tasty. Relatively good value for money, staff were friendly and plates cleared throughout..

The staff at this restaurant are far from friendly. They clear plates before you're finished eating and have trouble processing payments accurately. Nothing about this place stands out.
beautiful restaurant. the staff was friendly and helpful. the midday buffet proved to be an excellent value for money with only food was also beautiful.
