I’ve been living in Astoria Ditmars but just recently visited this excellent Restaurant Bar. I was a bit shocked on how good this place was, such an unsuspecting spot to get brunch. The drinks were on point! I asked how well the wings are and our waiter (Rachel) said the wings and burger were the tastiest entrees. She was right! Our waiter Rachel and manager Ciara went above and beyond to make our first visit to the Rivercrest an amazing time. Everything we drank and ate was delicious. Highly recommend the Buffalo wings, burger, and chicken sandwich. We got a side of fries and a side of tots to try a bit of everything. As someone who only goes for fries, the tots were surprisingly fresh, crispy, and tasty. Tiki Toki drink is the way to go if you want to be transported to an island. Service and atmosphere was perfect.
We ordered the bottomless brunch and had a great time!Bartender was friendly and provided us with detailed information on the available drinks.We tried almost every flavored mimosa.Breakfast nachos were a miss. Scrambled eggs is not a good substitute for sunny side Stipe over nachos.The eggs Benedict florentine, fantastic!Great portion and I added a layer of bacon that hit the spot!Definitely a chill spot for some drinks and food anytime of the day.
It's a nice spot to enjoy a pint. However, I wasn't notified that there was an extra charge for the side of bleu cheese to accompany my cauliflower buffalo bites, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, unlike my friend's buffalo chicken wings, my dish didn’t come with any carrots or celery.

This place is definitely one of our favorites. They offer an excellent variety of rotating beers and serve the best cheeseburger on the block. While the service can be a bit unpredictable and it can get quite noisy at times, we still really enjoy coming here.
The food is very good. Menu items are shareable ,bar food, and some different items like flat bread with fig jam and goat cheese or spinach and artichoke dip fried in a ball. Definitely recommend ordering green tea shots as well!
Cool place to hang out, plenty of TV's. You can chill in your own area know one bothers you. Great for two people and also for groups.??
Love their fresh beer taps and seasonal rotation of IPAs and Sours! Arguably one of the best wing spot in Astoria.
