I was really let down by my visit to this restaurant. The drink selections were extremely limited—just water or seltzer, which I found quite surprising. The food was disappointing as well; the pizza paired with seltzer was an unusual match, and the pretzels had an overwhelming yeast taste. On top of that, the floor was dirty, likely due to a party the previous night, and the staff appeared to be completely absent. I wouldn't recommend this place for families; it’s not kid-friendly at all, and anyone who enjoys standard food and drink should steer clear. Awesome, awesome, awesome!! Friendly staff, quick service and a wide variety of delicious cider beer and wine! Stopped by with some family who was visiting from out of town and had a great time. Such a big space with tons of seating inside and outside, not to mention the huge “Apple Shack” room with a separate bar and even more seating! They have board games to choose from and corn hole to play outside. Loved the pumpkin beer with a cinnamon rim and the cinnamon toast cider! Delicious pizzas pretzels and warm apple cider donuts to enjoy. Also love how they support other local businesses in the gift shop. We’ll definitely be coming back!!!
I absolutely adore the Cedar House! I went there today with some friends, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. We played games, savored delicious food, and enjoyed some incredible cedar drinks. The curtains created a warm and inviting atmosphere, and I found a couple of new favorite dishes. The decor is delightful, and there’s a great selection of games to choose from. I can’t resist the guacamole and pretzels—they're essential for me. It's the ideal place to unwind and spend a few enjoyable hours. Overall, regardless of the season, the Cedar House is a lovely spot to share with friends and family. I highly recommend it!
My experience at the restaurant was terrible. I was on a bus with five friends for a bachelor party, and we were refused entry. While they said it would be fine if we arrived by car, when we mentioned our mode of transportation, they told us we would be kicked out. I will definitely not return; the staff member who should have been friendly was extremely rude. This was my first and last visit! Are we really expected to drink and drive just to be let in? It certainly seems that way.

Visited Riverhead Ciderhouse while traveling from Buffalo and had a fantastic evening. Enjoyed excellent ciders, entertaining trivia, and a tasty pretzel. The atmosphere was inviting, and the ciders were outstanding. Looking forward to my next visit, but for now, I’m taking some canned ciders home!
We came for the Cinnamon Toast cider which in the past had been an absolute fav with the sugar cinnamon rim. This time it was just straight cinnamon. Kind of ruined it. It was an ok drink Looks better than it was in the pics. Hopefully next time it’ll be better. Pretty pricey for an ehhh drink.
One of my go-to places. They always have a fantastic selection of tasty drinks on tap. The food can be a bit expensive, but if you’re going in the afternoon with friends, the shareable plates make it worth it. They often feature live music, making it a fun and lively spot.
Spacious venue with ample parking! The interior is expansive, offering plenty of bar seating and tables. We were in a hurry, so we tried a few samplers, and there’s a wide variety to suit every palate!

The Riverhead Cider house is now one of our very favorite places to visit on Long Island. Live music in a very large venue with two huge rooms and a smaller one also. The Cider is amazing!!!
We had a great time! The bartender was so friendly and helpful. The food was good. Lots to look at. We will be back!
