I ordered the fish Tacos and they were pretty good. The sauce that they served with it really made the dish. The side of rice wasn 't too bad either. However, the flavor didn 't really pop off. It was good, just not a wow kind of meal.The waitress was pleasant enough. However, she made me feel like I wasn 't really wanted there. I can 't quite explain it, like I made her uncomfortable. The forced smile, eyes constantly wandering away. Like I was more trouble than I was worth.The atmosphere was top knotch!!! Really loved the decor. From the tables to the wall-hangings, they really livened it up with bright, colorful decorations, giving me the South American vibe.
In Pembroke, Virginia, there is a fantastic Mexican restaurant that is both affordable and delicious! The service was exceptional and the generous portions left my girlfriend and I in a food coma. We visited on a Monday afternoon and enjoyed a large mango margarita for under $10, expertly balanced by the bartender. The queso fundido was delicious and larger than most Mexican restaurants on the East Coast. We tried two types of rib-eye steak, both tender and flavorful, although slightly fatty. We look forward to returning to this great spot again!
The skinny margarita jumbo tasted old and not like a skinny margarita at all. There was not much liquor in it and when I asked for the price, I was told it was $8 per drink even though there were no $8 margaritas on the menu. However, I was charged $9.99.
This family-owned restaurant is very charming and the food is delicious. Our order was prepared quickly and all the dishes arrived at the same time, which was a pleasant surprise since we were eager to begin our meal.

The food was okay, but the portion size for the fajitas was small with very little meat. The salsa was too sweet and not very good. However, the service was excellent.
Used to love this place. Then food and service went downhill. Stayed away for quite a while. Now it seems good again and no hesitation about going back.
The best Tex mex ever this side of the continent...and I just spent 6 months in south east Texas!! Just saying!!
This place is hit or miss. Ive had great food and great service there then the next had terrible.
