Two weeks later, we decided to order from the restaurant again, but unfortunately, the pizza arrived undercooked, with a pale bottom. I had to put it in the oven to cook it further. About a month later, I thought I’d give it another try. When I placed the order, I politely requested that they make the pizza crispy, as it had been undercooked before. The person on the phone responded rudely, saying, "We'll talk about it when you come to pick it up. I'm busy, goodbye."
When my husband went to pick up the pizza, the same rude employee told him, "If you like it, take it. If not, cross the street." And that’s exactly what we decided to do. We won't be returning to this restaurant again.
Amazing pizza! I was genuinely impressed. I've passed by this restaurant for years but only decided to give it a try a few months back. The pizza is truly delicious! The cheese and sauce are exceptional. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable, especially considering how expensive everything has gotten recently. I highly recommend this place to all my fellow pizza enthusiasts. It's another fantastic pizza spot in Queens!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. An older gentleman at the oven tried to serve me old slices and leftover food from the day before, despite my request for a fresh slice. Ultimately, I chose to leave without paying. It was frustrating to see other customers receiving fresh food while I was offered something stale. I couldn't help but wonder if my ethnicity and skin color influenced the way I was treated.
We love Riviera-V Pizzeria. The pizza is always hot and fresh. The food we order is also good as well. Mr.Guha is such a nice person. A great member of our community. Ordered pizza for the school where my daughter goes and everyone loved it. Mr. Guhastepped up for our front line worker during the height of the pandemic by delivering over 10,000 meals to them. I definitelywould recommend Riviera-V Pizza.

I went here with my mom and had a plain pizza and penne alla vodka. I have to say it is one of the best I have ever had and my mom said that the food was delicious. Also the owner came up to us and was very friendly! ?Vegetarian options: Both me and my mom do not eat meat, but they had so many vegetarian options we didn’t have to make a custom orderKid-friendliness: I kid, they nice ?
The delivery driver left the pizza on the concrete in the rain without even ringing the doorbell. When I stepped outside, I found a stray cat sitting on the box. I have everything recorded on my Ring doorbell camera. This will be my first and last order from this restaurant. I refuse to eat food that's been on the ground.
My order was canceled due to the lack of a dasher available for delivery. However, since it was the last order of the night, the restaurant owner kindly brought the food to me personally! It was not only still hot but also absolutely delicious! Thank you so much; I will definitely be ordering from here again!
I have been visiting Riviera for a long time, and the food is consistently amazing. They never let me down. It’s definitely one of my family’s and friends’ favorite spots to eat! We always enjoy ordering the cheese calzone, vodka margherita, and fruits de mer!

Got a regular slice and a margherita slice. Both slices were tasty, sauce was delicious and crust was perfect. Most pizza places I don?t even eat the crust so these slices were definitely good! I wish I lived in the neighborhood but I?m sure I?ll be back!
